Shaylyn Kelly

Shay manages the day-to-day operations of CNTI including budgeting, expenditures, human resources and other special projects. Before joining the Center, Shay had a 12-year career in the United States Senate, most recently serving as Director of Operations for Senator Shelley Moore Capito (R-WV), where she administered the budget, implemented office policies and procedures, and maintained the infrastructure of all the Senator’s office locations. Shay also previously served in various legislative and administrative capacities for former Senator Kelly Ayotte (R-NH). A Massachusetts native, Shay holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Saint Anselm College in Manchester, New Hampshire.
